Business Planning & Analysis : Preparing business plans, financial modelling, Study project and
financial feasibility, budgeting, MIS. Remaining updated about Cash reserves and Investments

1. Corporate Strategy : Working with DGM Finance on business strategy by evaluating multiple strategic

options & Operating models, spearheading strategic initiatives and projects.

1. Fund Raising : Follow up with Banks, Financial Institutions & PE, for valuation reports, closing all types

of legal, technical due diligence requirement, closing the deal for disbursement and post disbursement
due diligence. Investor relations.

1. Market Analysis : Analysing competition, trends, product, pricing, plan sales & marketing strategy.

Making proposals / presentations to Financial Institutions and ensuring release of funds as per companys
needs

1. MIS Reports: Timely updates in financial management information systems for the company in close

co-ordination with department head.

1. Cash Flow : Timely preparation and updating of Project and Group Cash Flow

Education MBA/CA or other relevant degree
Experience
Minimum 12-15+ Yrs experience in finance, business strategy , Financial
modelling, Fund raising (Real Estate experience Only)
Skills & Abilities
Organized self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross functionally
