Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and report delays or issues.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and installation quality to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Review drawings, method statements, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
• Identify construction issues, provide technical guidance, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Participate in site meetings, progress meetings, inspections, and project coordination meetings.
• Assist with resolving technical and construction-related problems.
• Track changes, variations, and potential claims and communicate them to the project management team.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch-list activities, and project closeout.
• Ensure construction activities are completed within the required time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

The Senior Construction Representative III is responsible for overseeing construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.10+ years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and quality control.Experience managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale projects.Strong understanding of construction safety and HSE requirements.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction/project management software.Experience working on international or large-scale projects is an advantage
