The Associate – Fundraising will:
● Identify and track funding opportunities across retail and corporate fundraising channels
● Support donor outreach, engagement, and follow-up with prospective and existing
supporters
● Help build and maintain a strong pipeline of donor and partner relationships
● Coordinate communication and engagement with individual donors, corporate
representatives, and other fundraising stakeholders
● Support corporate volunteering initiatives and related coordination
● Assist in preparing donor-facing materials such as briefs, presentations, proposals, and
updates
● Work with internal teams to gather information, stories, impact points, and programme
updates for fundraising use
● Maintain fundraising trackers, records, and follow-through across ongoing opportunities
● Contribute to strengthening the organisation’s visibility and credibility in donor
conversations
Who This Role Is For

● Has a Bachelor’s degree
● Has 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or a
related area
● Is confident in communication and relationship-building
● Is organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups and moving pieces

● Is self-driven and comfortable taking initiative
● Has strong negotiation and presentation skills
