Your duties include searching a database of mystery shoppers to find the best people for each
shop, contacting each shopper with assignment details over the phone or through email,
scheduling each shop

• Ensuring that shoppers complete each mystery shop assignment for a store or company

accurately.

• You’ll be contacting Shoppers or potential Shoppers by phone to schedule shops.
• Your job will be finding and recruiting new shoppers and schedule/execute the shop for them.
• You required to create new user for new shoppers and train them on how to use it in mobile

app.

• your responsibilities are to see each mystery shopping assignment through from beginning to

end.

• As quality validator, you will be receiving a report from mystery shopper in order to check if any

report is missing report or grammatical issues before submitting to the client.

• You required to train the shopper on how to perform their duty for the specific store or shop

through phone or virtual meeting.

• Report daily, weekly report to the line manager and coordinate through virtual meeting.

Degree in business administration or equivalent.

• Supervision and leadership Skills
• Computer skills.

• 1 – 2 years’ work experience as admin.
