Job Responsibilities:
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales, costs, deliveries, and specifications with Ship Managers and Purchasers.
Customer Liaison: Act as a point of contact between customers and ship managers, ensuring smooth communication.
Order Management: Track orders with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
Market Research: Gather market and customer data to assess their needs and improve services.
Customer Support: Respond to queries and objections, guiding customers through the purchasing process.
Sales Documentation: Create proposals, quotations, and cost calculations for customers.
Collaboration: Work with the service and operations team to suggest improvements for future service developments and discounts.
Lead Generation: Develop and initiate customer acquisition programs and build relationships with potential buyers and sales networks.

Candidate Requirements:
Gender: Female
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (as many clients are Indian at the ship commander level).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or sales support. Ideally, candidates should have a stable job history and not have switched jobs frequently (preferably staying with one company for at least 2 years).
Industry Experience: Preferably from the marine industry, but candidates from other industries are also welcome to apply.
Long-term Commitment: Candidates should be serious about a long-term career and be willing to stay for at least 2 years.
