Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.

Sales Management:

Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote pharmaceutical products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and distributors.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries about products.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other promotional events.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing performance reports.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and market feedback.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
