We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Cum Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel bookings, providing expert advice, and driving sales growth. Experience with Amadeus and ticket booking is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and tours.
Use Amadeus to search, book, and issue airline tickets and manage reservations.
Provide customers with accurate information on travel options, prices, and availability.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Handle all aspects of the booking process, including payment processing, invoicing, and issuing tickets.
Meet and exceed sales targets for travel products and services.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and promotions.
Offer tailored travel advice based on customer preferences and needs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on sales and ticket booking.
Strong proficiency in Amadeus or similar Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
