Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Sales

Provide world-class service across all sales channels (showroom, online, social media, trunk shows)
Guide customers on product selection, sizing, fit, and styling
Process sales, payments, and returns; follow up on orders and satisfaction
Collect fit notes and measurements; communicate alterations to production team
Maintain showroom presentation to brand standards

Sales Administration & Inventory

Enter orders, prepare invoices, and maintain sales reports
Update and maintain CRM/customer database (contacts, measurements, purchase history)
Track inventory levels and support stock takes
Manage website product updates
Create linesheets using Canva
Prepare packing lists and coordinate logistics for deliveries and trunk shows

What We're Looking For
Essential

7+ years in fashion retail or luxury sales
Customer-obsessed with excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Fashion knowledge (fabrics, fits, styling)
Flexible and willing to travel regularly

Technical Skills

Microsoft Excel & Office Suite
Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms)
Personal Attributes

Professional, discreet, and solution-driven
Comfortable working peak seasons with extended hours
Positive attitude and high energy
English fluency (Arabic is a plus)
