Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in road construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and project cost control to ensure financial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for road projects.
Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Support project managers with commercial and financial reporting.
Desired candidate profile
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in road or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC).
Proficient in MS Excel and QS software.
