Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of road construction contracts.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Handle any disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Prepare regular reports on project status, including financials, progress, and risks.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Experience Required:

10-15 years of experience in road project management

50 and below preferred
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree and above
Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Thorough understanding of road construction processes and industry standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:

Candidates with extensive experience in managing large-scale road projects will be given preference.
Willingness to relocate to Malawi if currently residing elsewhere.
