The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the
restaurant in Oman. They are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently,
effectively, and profitably, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and food
quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and

performing their duties to the highest standard.

• Monitor and manage restaurant performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed and that schedules are created and maintained to

meet operational needs.

• Ensure that all food is prepared, cooked, and served to the highest standards of quality and safety,

in accordance with #39;s recipes and standards.

• Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to ensure its efficient operation and

longevity.

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations and

procedures.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience in managing a Pizza restaurant or similar fast-food chain is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
