Key responsibilities
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with a background in Ayurvedic (BAMS) or Homeopathic (BHMS) medicine to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Conduct thorough physical examinations and take detailed patient histories.
Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and other appropriate treatments.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor and report on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Ensure all medical records are accurately maintained and updated.
Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and continuing medical education activities.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
