Role Description:
The role of Primary Research Director is a full-time on-site position located in Noida.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing the overall research
strategy, leading the primary research team, and supporting the planning,
implementation, and execution of primary research projects. As the subject matter
expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating primary research
insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or related field.
MBA and/or advanced marketing degree is a plus.
 8+ years of experience leading teams and designing/conducting primary
research studies in a data-driven environment.
 Strong understanding of research methodologies (focus groups, surveys,
interviews, observational research).
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of leading
cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients.
 Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, capable of working
independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 Proven track record of managing and developing talent in research or related
fields.
 Knowledge and practical application of statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS,
R).
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
(Docs, Sheets, Slides).
 Experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, and market trend
analysis is an added advantage.
