Key Responsibilities
The Associate – Research will:
● Support the design and execution of research studies related to Learning Curve’s
programmes and areas of work
● Contribute to field research, including tool development, data collection planning, and
on-ground coordination where required
● Clean, organise, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
● Use tools such as SPSS for data analysis and reporting
● Synthesise research findings into clear insights that can inform programme design,
strategy, and external communication
● Support the development of grant proposals, research notes, reports, and papers
● Work closely with internal teams to document emerging learning, patterns, and evidence
from the field
● Ensure accuracy, rigour, and clarity in research processes and outputs

• Has 1–2 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, or the development

sector

• Is comfortable working with both data and ideas
• Can move between detail-oriented analysis and big-picture interpretation
• Is curious, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Has strong writing skills and can present findings clearly
• Is fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu
