Key Requirements:
Age: 25-30 years old
Education: Strong academic results (a degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred)
Experience:
Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a plus
Skills:
Quick learning ability and adaptability
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Leadership potential or demonstrated leadership in previous roles is a plus
Work Style: Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and payroll
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
Knowledge of other accounting software and tools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams
