1. This role is responsible for maintaining existing clients and on boarding of new to bank clients apart from which also preparing credit application and loan documentation; supporting overseas booking of loans with the objective of accurately processing credit proposals and post deal documentation in compliance with policies of the Bank
2. To conduct / Support the Analysts regular review of customer Credit rating based on audited financials as well as prepare Special review of the rating in case of any trigger event on interim or adhoc basis.
3. To conduct / Support Post sanction follow-up like covenants, Compliance checking, verification of documents etc.
4. To support on KYC and other regulatory documentation from clients.

Corporate Banking business promotion who has experience to promote corporate finance/transaction banking to Large Multi National Corporates or local top tier corporates in India.
Experience of corporate banking business experience and top tier customer network in Bangalore is highly preferable.

Desired Qualifications

Experience MBA or above

4 ~ 6 Years of experience in corporate banking
Key Attributes Quick learner with very good experience from banking domain preferably from Corporate Banking Sector.
