Work with product sales/marketing group to ensure that product marketing requirements are fully reflected in engineering design
documentation including a review of anticipated system interfaces and analysis that give clear indication of risk areas and areas where
incremental capabilities are available.
 Work with PLM 3dexperience.
 Design domestic refrigerators, upright freezer and chest freezer Systems and have knowhow for (defrost /No frost) systems.
 Know well about domestic refrigerators, upright freezer and chest freezer manufacturing and process.
 Design, selection and analysis for refrigerator systems components(compressor, capillary tube – suction HX, Condenser, evaporator, and
wall insulation efficiency)
 Use Simulation by software (siemens simcenter) or spread sheet is needed.
 Design cold air circulation (air duct).
 Use refrigerator systems analysis and simulation (Air circulation) CFD tools prefers to use SIMULIA / siemens STAR-CCM+ /Creo flow
analysis.
 Design the refrigeration system modes (normal, fast freeze …...) with flow chart
 Design the refrigeration system defrosting sequential and components selection (Fan motors / switches /sensors / dampers).
 Use CAD software (CATIA / Creo direct element / Creo parametric/AutoCAD).
 Work closely with structure designers feed and feedback.
 Perform the prototyping to ensure developed products are manufacturable, with a focus on optimized assembly and test processes with
the product standards.
 Work with IEC standard, Europe standard and any other domestic or international standard to ensure developed products are in
compliance with the appropriate requirements.
 Work with domestic and international certification agencies (TUV /INTERTEK or others).
 Design responsibility that support product requirements detailed in Engineering and Marketing product requirement documents.
 Generates creative solutions, translates concepts and information into images, uses feedback to modify designs, applies design
principles, demonstrates
 Develop a comprehensive Engineering Hardware Product Requirement document that fully defines the hardware requirements and
capabilities.

 Review technology trends and solutions to ensure designs reflect state of the art capabilities.
 Confer with engineers, customers or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Production Engineering/ or equivalent Institutes and academy (Master degree is Preferred)
 10+ years’ experience known manufactures. And it must be well versed in Refrigerators domestic design and simulation with extended
experience in engineering and manufacturing of the product
 Italian candidate is a must.
 Excellent command of the English language is a must.
 Excellent In Project Management skills
