Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the radio communication engineering team.
Program and configure radio terminals and repeaters.
Configure and maintain routers and networking infrastructure.
Configure and administer TRBOnet Plus servers.
Design, deploy, and maintain DMR radio communication infrastructure.
Work with Motorola MOTOTRBO Capacity Max / LCP / IP Site systems.
Perform radio management, system integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Deploy and maintain microwave communication links.
Work with Cambium Networks equipment and LinkPlanner.
Deploy and support HF communication systems, including CODAN and ICOM radios.
Implement and support PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular) communication solutions.
Travel to client sites throughout Guinea for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Coordinate technical deployments and ensure communication systems meet operational requirements.
