Key responsibilities
Must-Have Requirements
Proficiency in CCS Candy software, with hands-on experience in estimation, budgeting, planning, cost control, valuation, and project reporting within construction or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in road construction projects, including highways, roads, bridges, or infrastructure development works.
Strong understanding of project costing, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, quantity surveying, and project financial management.
Strong background in cost and budget control, including monitoring project expenses, tracking budgets against actual costs, identifying cost variances, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project profitability.
Ability to prepare and analyze project cost reports, forecasts, cash flows, and budget utilization reports.
Experience in managing project financial performance while ensuring compliance with contractual and company requirements.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and finance departments for effective project cost management.
