Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Water Treatment Plant

Experience Required: 5+ years (preferably in WTP/Infra projects)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project BOQ and cost estimates for WTP and related civil works.

Verify and certify contractor bills based on site progress and measurements.

Track quantities, material consumption, and cost against budgets.

Coordinate with site teams to monitor actual vs planned quantities.

Support tendering, rate analysis, and procurement evaluations.

Assist in claims, variations, and contract administration.

Key Skills:
Strong experience in quantity take-offs for water infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of civil works, pipelines (DI, MS, HDPE), and concrete structures.

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

Familiar with billing procedures, BOQ formats, and contract terms.

Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
