2- Daily follow up on production records on each production line
3- Responsible of the execution of traceability exercises
4- Responsible of the execution of the GMPs and Cleaning checklists
5- Monitor the FSSC implementation in all areas
6- Support and follow up on quality technicians’ daily tasks
7- Responsible of the quality technicians’ tasks distribution
8- Communicate findings with FSQM and production manager
9- Investigates in case of any non-conformity
10- Has the authority to reject any raw material that does not fit the requirements after
communicating with FSQM
11- Isolate items on hold for further checkups when needed
12- Provide feedback about raw materials and suppliers
13- Support the production and warehouse team in any issue related to the FSMS
14- Implement site visit to suppliers
15- Responsible of visitors monitoring when entering the production sites
16- Keep tracks of all food safety and quality issues
17- Responsible of daily reports data entry
18- Responsible of retaining samples from each production and keep records
19- Responsible of the microbiological tests for surfaces and hands
20- Provide continuous feedback for FSQ manager
21- Provide suggestions for work improvement
22- Communicate food safety findings with involved personnel

Background: Min 5 years’ experience in quality – food safety. Bachelor degree in chemistry, food
science or any related fields. MBA is preferable.
