Job Purpose
To ensure that all garments produced by the factory meet the required quality
standards and customer specifications by implementing, monitoring, and
continuously improving quality management systems throughout all stages of
production, from raw material inspection to final product shipment.
Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System

Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and
standards.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality
standards.
Establish quality control plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality processes across all
departments.

1. Production Quality Control

Oversee inspection of fabrics, accessories, and raw materials before
production.
Monitor quality throughout cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and
dispatch processes.
Ensure products comply with approved specifications and quality
requirements.
Conduct in-line and final inspections to identify and prevent defects.

1. Team Leadership and Management

Lead, supervise, and develop the Quality Control and Quality
Assurance teams.
Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Conduct training programs on quality standards, inspection
techniques, and best practices.
Foster a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.

1. Defect Analysis and Corrective Actions

Investigate quality issues and identify root causes of defects.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality
concerns.
Reduce defect rates, rework, and product rejection levels.

1. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Analyze quality data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

1. Audits and Compliance

Conduct internal quality audits and inspections.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable
regulations.
Support external audits conducted by customers or certification
bodies.
Maintain quality records and documentation.

1. Customer and Supplier Quality Management

Address customer quality concerns and complaints effectively.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality of raw materials and
accessories.
Ensure customer specifications and technical requirements are
consistently achieved.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering,
Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality management within the
garment or textile manufacturing industry.
Previous leadership or managerial experience is required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality
standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
