Key responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Quality Head with a strong technical background in PV fabrics, knitted fabrics, PC, and cotton fabrics. The ideal candidate must have expertise in physical and chemical testing of dyes, chemicals, cotton, yarn, and fabrics. They should be proficient in shade grouping, shade matching, and spectrophotometer operations to ensure top-tier quality standards in a composite textile mill. Additionally, the candidate must have hands-on experience with the SAP QM module for effective quality management.
Desired candidate profile
Must be a Textile Graduate (B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Technology or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of PV, PC, cotton, and knitted fabric quality parameters.
Expertise in physical and chemical testing of dyes, chemicals, yarns, and fabrics.
Hands-on experience with SAP QM module for quality management.
Experience in lab dip development and improving lab-to-bulk ratio.
Proficiency in handling fabric defects, shade variations, and process deviations.
Hands-on experience with spectrophotometers (shade matching and reading analysis).
Familiarity with ISO, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and other textile certifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and train the quality assurance team.
