The Quality Eng. has the responsibility to follows the supplier from the issue of the
purchase order up to the date of the good ready to the pick up.

The main activities of this job position are the following:
 Expediting by calling, by email, by visits to the supplier starting from the P.O.
issued up to the delivery date in order to guarantee to TM.P the contractual
delivery dates agreed;
 Arrangement by himself the travel, the board and lodging (previously the
plan arrangement shall be shared and approved by the Branch Manager)
 To arrange the intermediate inspection visits to the supplier in order to follow
properly all process with the GOAL to get the final inspection of the goods in
full compliance with TM.P quality requirement request;
 To search/find and consequently arrange the visit qualifications to the new
suppliers in order to increase the India supply chain;
 To fill-in on proper time the expediting/inspection/qualification reports and
share them with the TM.P Job. Team;
 If any, To share on right time with the Branch Manager any issues and submit
the corrective actions to solve the matters met (quality issues, delivery issues
etc..)

Commodity for the Pumps equipment request to follows:
 Machining shops (castings, forging, sleeves, bearings, shafts, wear rings etc..)
 Mechanical components (castings, forging, sleeves, bearings, shafts, wear rings
etc..)
Qualification and skills needed:
 Mechanical Enginering Degree;
 Good knowledge and mastery of the mechanical drawing;
 Good English’s knowledge;
 Good knowledge of the final mechanical components and mastry of the production
circle
 Aptitude to work in a Team;
 Full availability to travel everywhere in India but also abroad like Italy;
 Minimun 3 years experience in this job profile with another pump manufacturer;
 Motivated person that put utmost enfort to lear all new company procedures with the
Target to make grow the supplier with the quality requirement of the Italian Head
Office (TM.P)
This Quality Eng. will reported directly to the Branch Manager.
