Key responsibilities
nspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished batteries for compliance with quality standards.
Conduct testing for battery performance, capacity, and life cycle.
Ensure all quality documentation and inspection reports are properly maintained.
Identify and analyze defects, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
Work closely with production and R&D teams to improve quality consistency.
Desired candidate profile
Hands-on experience in VRLA or similar battery quality testing.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
