Duties & Responsibilities:

· Understand the client's needs and requirements and communicate the highest quality standards to the production teams;

· Find out ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods;

· Find out the root causes of non-accepted products and provide immediate and preventive solutions and train staff to utilize them;

· Set the requirements for raw materials as per suppliers and monitor their compliance;

· Supervise subordinates and provide guidance;

· Ensure compliance is followed regarding the work environment;

· Inspect the final output, compare it to the requirements, and approve or reject the final products;

· Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis and present to the management as when required

· Collect feedback from the clients, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist Internal/ external auditors;

· Any other task assigned by the management.

Position Name: Manager – Quality Control

Educational Qualification: MSc in Chemistry and Diploma in CIPET will get more preferred.
