DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retest, or usability.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
• Identify analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
• Coordinate test execution for all Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure defined best practices, standards and procedures are followed. Create project status reports as they pertain to QA functions, including calculations of QA metrics and KPl’s, for status reviews with project team.

EDUCATIONAL AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• BS/BA level of education required, Masters preferred.
