Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of export goods. The role involves sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials at competitive prices.

Ke y Re sponsib i li tie s:

1. Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and terms of purchase.

1. Issue purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations and deliveries.

1. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.

1. Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production and operational needs.

1. Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.

1. Work closely with internal departments (e.g., accounts, logistics) to align purchase needs.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

1. Analyse market trends and suggest cost-effective purchasing strategies

1. Assist in audits and prepare procurement reports when required.

Qualifications and Skills required:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Knowledge of supply chain procedures and sourcing techniques.

Preferred:

Experience in FMCG.
Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPM) is an added advantage.
