Key Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing projects in power systems (UPS, inverters, solar installations) and security technologies (CCTV, access control).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with international work environments or previous experience in Africa would be an advantage.
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) will be an added benefit.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
