Project Manager – Water Treatment Plant Construction

Experience Required: 10+ years (minimum 5 years specifically in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) construction)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all site execution activities for Water Treatment Plant (WTP) construction.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.

Ensure construction work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Plan resources, manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently for timely project execution.

Oversee billing, documentation, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and site inspections.

Handle client meetings, work approvals, and inspections.

Manage contracts, vendors, and monitor site safety measures.

Strictly construction management role (not design/consultancy).

Key Skills:
Strong site execution experience in WTPs/STPs/CWR/ESR construction.

Knowledge of QA/QC procedures at site.

Good understanding of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), BOQ, Billing & Quantity Management.

Familiarity with water pipelines (MS, DI, HDPE) is a plus.

Leadership in managing site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage (optional).
