Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and over ten years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a solid command of the English language, and the ability to manage complex construction projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, initiate, execute, and close construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Qualifications:
