Reviewing of Engineer’s Daily Report (EDR) and Construction Surveillance Report
(CSR).
 Preparation of Weekly Dashboard and Site monitoring Report.
 Organized Weekly Site Coordination Meeting with D&B contractor and preparation of
Minutes of Meting (MOM).
 Supervision and monitoring all temporary and permanent structural works with top
most priority of Safety, Quality and Environment.
 Supervision, monitoring and surveillance of Civil and Architectural activities.
 Review of Method Statement (MS) for approval from clients.
 Conducting Weekly Site HSSE Walk around and preparation of reports.
 Monitoring project during the course of periodic project review meetings; updating
management on progress and status of project.
 Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for
methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
 Permanent utility reinstatement and Station Area Works (SAW).
 Monitoring of Tunnels by EPB Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and casting of tunnel
segments at casting yard with consideration of Quality.
 Monitoring of Architectural fit-out works such as Floor & terrazzo flooring, cladding,
suspended petal ceiling, blockworks, painting, Shelter and finishing works.
 Monitoring of Station Area Works as per schedule and look ahead program.
 Constructions of cross passages in Tunnel and Station
