Key Responsibilities
Take over and drive execution of an ongoing flour & feed mill project.

Coordinate between civil contractors, mechanical installation teams, MEP contractors, equipment suppliers, and site teams.

Ensure proper sequencing: civil works → equipment installation → utilities → testing → commissioning.

Oversee installation of milling equipment, conveying systems, silos, storage systems.

Ensure readiness of electrical, water, compressed air, ventilation, dust extraction systems.

Manage planning, scheduling, deadlines, procurement, and commissioning.

Supervise on-site execution, ensure quality standards, and enforce safety compliance.

Provide progress updates and reports directly to project owners.

Education
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering (with industrial project experience).

Experience
Minimum 6+ years of project management in factory/industrial/processing plant projects.

Mandatory:

Managing equipment installation projects.

Coordinating with multiple equipment suppliers and contractors.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, installation processes, MEP coordination.

Experience delivering projects from construction through commissioning.

Preferred:

Flour mills, feed mills, or similar industrial plants.

Experience with international equipment suppliers.

Exposure to Africa or similar environments.
