*Summary:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. The Construction Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards.

*Responsibilities:*

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Manage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and report on project budget, costs, and expenses.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Mentor and provide guidance to project team members.

Qualifications:*

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
