Key responsibilities
1 Prepare project establishment plan showing the locations of Labour Camp,Machinery Plant, Metal & Murum Borrow Area, RMC Plant Location, BitumenPlant Location etc.3 Highway Execution Management3.1 Detailed Study of Site Conditions, all Project execution Program documents,raising queriers and getting the same resolved well in advance, beforecommencing setting out of works.3.2 Preparing Work methodology statements and obtaining approval of BOD andClient.3.3 Assisting Project Control team to define Master bar chart and all types ofResource deployment and Work completion schedules.3.4 Planning and ensuring Optimum Utilization of Resources i.e. Money,Manpower, Material, Machinery, Time.3.5 Conducting setting out of work activities as per GFC drawings and siteinstructions.4 Structure Execution Management
