Preparation of Detailed Bill of Material, Schedules of all deliverable to monitor the project activities.
-Preparation of Equipment GAD, PnID, Equipment layout and Piping drawings.
-Preparation of Estimation and costing and also prepare the techno-commercial offers as per the client requirements.
-Preparation of RFQs in compliance with material standards specification as per the ISO codes to float the technical enquiries.
-Generating Enquiries, co-ordination with vendors , Offers comparisons and Releasing POs.
-Attend meetings with client and resolve the queries to meet quality standards as per client’s standard.
-Working closely with design team to ensure requirements, specifications, design standards as per Client's requirements.
-Co-ordination with productions team to ensure quality and timely delivery of equipment.
-Assist Procurement department with technical scope finalization which includes:
-Visiting vendor facilities for inspections and trials of machines and preparing final inspection / acceptance reports.
-Installations of Structure, Equipment and Piping of overall plant at site, by managing different contractors and their
manpower.
-Hydraulic testing of piping/ static equipment, Dry trials of dynamic equipment, Load testing of Rotating equipment, Vacuum
testing and commissioning of the plant.

Qualification: Diploma/ B tech Oil Technology from HBTI /UDCT or B Tech Chemical/ Mechanical from a reputed Engineering Institute and should be proficient in English

Experience : 3- 5 Years of experience in Technical Project Handling
