Job Context
 We are looking for a Project Director with Minimum 20 years of experience in a two-Construction
Company and has a minimum of 5 years' experience as PD/GM/Head of Multiple projects in a
company and Who has Worked as a PM in one civil construction project and successfully
completed (Minimum).
 (Experienced in Nuclear Power Plant Project is preferable)
Job Responsibilities
 Take full responsibility to run the projects.
 Oversee all operations.
 Meet foreign officials, attend all their meetings.
 Provide constant guidance to all department heads, conduct daily, weekly meeting to track
productivity and budget.
 Suggest process and method innovation to optimize.
 Engage appropriate subcontractor for smooth and organized progress of project work in time,
quality, cost and resource in an effective manner.
 Drive the project execution team including PM, CMs to complete the project on time, on budget
with no fatality.
 Time to time present all reports to the CEO.
 Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.
 Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to
implement those decisions.
 Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
Educational Requirements
 Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
 MBA will be considered as an additional strength.
 Professional Certification: PMP will get preference
 Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, HFO Power Plant, power plant constructions

B. Minimum 15-20 years’ experience
C. Experience in Power or construction sector will be an added point.
