● Key Tasks: Mobilise participants and support onboarding for programs; build and maintain
employer and partner databases; coordinate with schools, employers, and program
stakeholders; support CSR/funder engagement and field visits; and maintain
documentation and basic program reporting.
● Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; 3 - 4 years experience working with youth
programs, schools, or skilling initiatives; strong coordination and communication skills;
fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
