Core Responsibilities & Duties
 Initiate project kickoff meeting, with scope, deliverable, resource , timeline, initial risks, constraints and
assumptions to stake holders of organization
 Create project plan specifying various activities, objectives and milestones.
 Monitor, control and execute the program tasks while meeting customer requirements.
 Monitor schedule and quality performance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
 Coordinating customer changes through following change management process & communicating to
internal stakeholders.
 Collaboration with cross-functional team & resolving conflict in quick time for smooth program
execution.
 Identify Program Risks, dependencies & constraints at all stages of the project and mitigate risks.
 Communicate program Risk, issues and impacts to relevant stake holders.
 Be a voice of customer within the company
 Escalate program related issues and concerns to leadership team for their much-needed intervention &
support.
 Status reporting and driving weekly progress meetings with customer.
 Day- to- day communication with all project stakeholders.
 Preparing MIS & present it to internal stakeholders
 Project closure to confirm required scope is completed & delivered to customer meeting contractual
requirement & satisfaction.
 Active spokesperson and evangelist both internally and externally by communicating and promoting
the Company’s technology vision and solutions
 Obtain Customer satisfaction reports periodically
