Grade 1 role: This role will handle all or few of the activities in PM team i.e. Project planning, PO
deliverable tracking (on-time deliveries), Vendor Managed Inventories (CBO), SDF analysis, Sales
forecast, assist PM in shipment selection in ERP, etc.
 Grade 2 roles: Same as above except that these individuals perform the role without any support.
Additionally validate the production plans compliance to customer requirements and assist PM in release
of ship instructions and analysis of technical package received from customer.
 Grade 3 roles: Same as Grade 2 plus this role shall act as trainer for Grade 1 roles and shall be a mentor
for grade 2 roles.

 Keeping track of purchase contract from receipt to closure , monitoring changes and Dash board update
(Qty, schedule, location, prime contract number, clauses)
 Analyzing FG stock vis-à-vis to customer requirements and collaborate with PM.
 Periodic analysis of CBO inventory to assess opportunities and shortfalls.
 Keeping track of sales, FG and deliverables from all projects and close tracking of customer demand
 Coordinating with Finance and logistics team in invoice verification (PO, Clin, prime contract numbers etc.)
 Supporting functional leader in Forecasting and analyzing sales distribution for Fiscal year.
 Working in close coordination with PMs, i.e. periodic reports generation, CBO, shipments, weekly summary,
MIS, project plan, Monthly Hit relief list etc.
 Provide executive summary of the technical package received from customer to functional leader
