Candidate should be currently working as Shift Supervisor, Assist Production Manager, or Production Manager or similar positions from Alcoholic Beverage manufacturing company. Preferred product line is whisky manufacturing.
They are currently manufacturing a product called K MONSI Bitters, which is a medicinal preparation from seven carefully selected herbal plants. Though it is like whisky alcoholic beverages.

 Strong quality knowledge in food and beverage manufacturing process.
 Monitor Calibration & validation of Lab instruments.
 Ensure all liquor blend quality like strength, sensory, colour, pH, water quality
 Liaise with R&D team for new blend formulation and commercial production of new blend as per set formulation
 Monitor & ensure the DM water, portable water process and quality
 Ensure the personal hygiene, utensils cleaning, shop floor cleaning condition. Every day audit all area hygiene and verify the checklists.
 Ensure the hygiene condition of cold storage area and temperature monitoring system, CIP monitoring system.
