Key responsibilities
Oversee the entire battery production process ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Plan, schedule, and manage production to meet targets and timelines.
Supervise and guide the production team, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
Monitor process parameters, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement measures.
Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and rejections.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ISO and factory audit requirements.
Desired candidate profile
Minimum 8 years in Battery Manufacturing (Automobile / VRLA / Solar)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of VRLA, Automotive, or Solar battery production processes.
Leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
