Job Description:
 Overseeing all snack manufacturing activities
 Setting and overseeing cleanliness standards in the factory floor
 Schedule and conduct machinery maintenance
 Perform quality control inspections on raw material and finished goods
 Maintain stock records for raw materials and finished goods
 Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring food issues
 Recommend solutions for recurring food issues
 Manpower allocation
 Raw material management
 Ensuring safe practices in all factory operations
 Creating and submitting reports on raw material usage and stocks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in snack manufacturing, with a focus on chips and puff production.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
