DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constant process optimization and developing process knowhow
• Efficiency improvement and cost reduction
• Resolving production bottlenecks to improve cycle times and overall throughput and minimizing downtime
• Coordination with Maintenance and Projects
• Day-to-day operations and laboratory management
• Selecting, training and managing workforce and operational efficiency
• Troubleshooting
• Production planning and scheduling
• Quality control and meeting production targets
• Safety, compliance and regulatory standards.Basic idea on standards like OSHA, NFPA, ISO
• Sustainability and waste reduction
• Reporting (production campaigns, mass balances, stocks, etc…)
• Regularly updating production documents and ensure compliance with local statutory norms as per

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Production Manager or similar role
Background of Process Engineering. Basic Hazop idea
Experience in using diverse types of manufacturing machinery used in high-temperature thermal processes like Rotary Kilns, Calciners, ATDU, Centrifugal blowers, Tube Conveyors, Hot Air generator, Scrubber,Screening Machines, Pumps, Compressors and tools.
Basic operation and overview knowledge of of SCADA, PLC systems for Process control panels
Safe startup and shutdown of Processes

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SKILLS:

• University degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Skilled in MS-Office tools
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Initiative-taking
• Six Sigma certification is a big plus

LANGUAGES:

• Fluent in English.
