Education : Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology
Age : less than 45 years
Experience : Minimum 14-16 years of experience in Stationary, printing and
packaging Industry. Experience of Ballot Paper Printing will be added advantage.
Skills :

1. Commercial printing [Off-set Printing, Web offset printing, Digital Printing,

Prepress, Presswork & Post Press activities]

1. Packaging, (Pharmaceutical Boxes, Mono Cartons, food packaging, Product

Packaging).

1. Stationery & Exercise Books printing (Exercise books, Counder Books,

Spiral Note Books, Etc….Files, Envelopes, Photo copy Papers, Slitting &
Rewinding).

1. Screen Printing, (T-shirt Printing, Sublimation Mugs, Heat Transfer Printing,

Bottles sublimation and Extr…).

1. Security Printing (Ballot Paper Printing, Certificate Printing, Invisible Inking

Printing, Banknotes, Cheques, Passport, tamper-evident labels, security
tapes, product authentication, stock certificates, postage Stamps and Identity
Cards).

1. Wide Format (Branding, Banner, Light Box, Uv-Printing, Contra vision, and all

kind of wide format printing…).
Job Profile:
a) Overseeing entire production, day to day factory/production operations.
b) Production Planning
c) Raw Material planning
d) Man Power Planning, floor management
e) Costings of Jobs
f) Machine Maintenance, Preventive maintenance
g) New product development in co-ordination with marketing
h) Quality Control and wastage control
i) Machine efficiency
j) Achieving production targets sets by the management.
k) Preparing various MIS reports relating to production, stock and despatches,
inventory etc.
