 Forming machine

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical
Engineering, or related field.
 5–10 years of experience in flexographic printing production, with at least 2–3 years in a
managerial or supervisory role.
 Knowledge of flexible packaging materials (PET, BOPP, PE, etc.), inks, and adhesives.

Technical Skills:
 In-depth understanding of flexo printing machines (CI, Stack, Narrow Web) and ancillary
equipment (slitters, rewinders, laminators).
 Familiar with printing parameters, machine calibration, and print defect
troubleshooting.
 Proficient in using ERP/production software and MS Office tools.
