Role Overview:

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing complete plant operations in a water and/or beer manufacturing facility. The role involves managing production planning, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of approximately 120 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production operations in water/beer plant

Develop and execute production plans to meet daily/monthly targets

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials

Monitor production KPIs (output, wastage, downtime, efficiency)

Maintain quality control standards as per beverage industry norms

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 120 production staff

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity

Requirements:

6–8 years of relevant experience in water and/or beer manufacturing (Mandatory)

Strong manufacturing and plant operations knowledge

Proven experience in production planning and execution

Experience handling large teams (100+ workforce preferred)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment
