Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling our
manufacturing processes so that they run reliably and efficiently, and products are delivered
safely, cost-effectively, on time, within budget and ensure they meet the required quality
standards.
Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensures the production machines (furnace, refining kettles and breakers) and support

equipment (generators, spectrometers etc.) are well run, proactively maintained and
machine efficiencies are continually improved.

1. Ensure zero downtime or 99.9% plant uptime.
2. Plan, improve and optimize production process – time, material and other resources

required for production. Improve production yields to 99% of its possible capacity and
explore ways to continually improve the production yield.

1. Manage the factory personnel and ensure an efficient and effective production work

force.

1. Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues

impacting production, etc.

Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in a
manufacturing role and at least 5 years in a lead-acid recycling environment

 Proven working experience with furnace, refining kettles and breakers is required
 Extensive know how on lead-acid recycling processes
 Strong experience in production, production planning and control
 Independent and reliable work style
 Indian nationality, with the ability to speak English language fluently
 Proven leadership skills
 Excellent communication skills & critical and analytical thinking
 Strong execution and problem-solving attitude
