Respond promptly and professionally to client support requests, ensuring satisfactory resolution.

• Provide technical support for assigned client projects.
• Run managed-service projects on platforms with minimal supervision, including assessment setup for selection or development.
• Support clients in using their assessment and development tools, including conducting live demonstrations.
• Configure new client accounts on platforms.
• Handle client calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner, including:

– Answering general service-related questions
– Processing one-off product purchases
– Addressing feedback or complaints on active projects

• Report software, product, or platform issues and coordinate timely resolution with clients.
• Meet regional service level agreements (SLAs).
• Follow all documentation and process requirements using tools such as Salesforce and OpenAir.

• Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Prior client or customer service experience preferred (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality).
• Experience in the talent management industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage personal tasks, and drive assignments to completion.
