Develop a strong understanding of the market landscape, segments, user needs through
research and participation in sales meetings
● Establish, track and own key metrics for the product
● Build, own and manage the product roadmap and backlog
● Groom and prioritise the backlog into fortnightly sprints
● Write clear and comprehensive user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria
● Develop wireframes, user flows and process flows
● Work with the design team to turn wireframes into designs
Work with the development team to ensure those sprints are delivered on time and everyone
is clear on requirements and acceptance criteria
● Lead sprint planning and retrospective meetings
● Proactively analyze user behaviour data using Google Analytics, hotjar, firebase and other
tools to come up with actionables to drive key metrics
● Support the sales team in writing RFPs when required
● Champion the voice of customer in all internal discussions
● Represent company in discussions with partners and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments with the ability to coach best practice
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Familiar with clickup, JIRA or similar tools
• Ability to lead and take ownership of individual projects
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• To be successful in this position, you will be able to work independently and demonstrate
